“We’ve loved living in this house, which has been our first proper home. We’ve had so many happy memories here, whether from endless summer days in the garden or cosy Decembers with the Christmas tree up.”

The house

This charming two-bedroom terrace in St George offers a lovely amount of character and versatile living space, arranged over two floors with wood flooring running through much of the ground floor.

At the front, the living room is a bright, comfortable space with a fireplace as a lovely focal point. Glazed double doors lead through to the dining room - a generous space, ideal for entertaining or family meals - which in turn opens to the kitchen, fitted with cream cabinetry and all the practical everyday essentials.

Upstairs, both bedrooms are well-proportioned doubles, each with a lovely characterful feel and plenty of room for furniture. The bathroom completes the first floor.

The outside space

The garden is a lovely long, private space to the rear, laid mainly to lawn and stone paving with established hedging and planting along the boundaries giving it a green, secluded feel. There's a paved seating area ideal for outdoor dining, with plenty of room further down the garden to potter or simply enjoy the peace and quiet.
