Founded by brother and sister team Bethan and Joe John, The Great British Blanket Company's timeless collection of blankets and accessories are designed in Bristol and manufactured at small, traditional mills across the British Isles. Bethan and Joe’s appreciation of traditional, skilled craftsmanship is evident in the quality of their products. Each blanket pays homage to Britain’s rich textile heritage, and is imbued with centuries old weaving knowledge.

Drawing inspiration from their surroundings, Bethan and Joe have designed the Clifton herringbone and Totterdown waffle collections in a range of colourways inspired by Bristol. From a warm yellow inspired by Ashton Court’s notable mansion house, to an energetic pink playfully named ‘Lush’ in honour of true Bristolian dialect. With local inspiration woven into each of their designs, The British Blanket Company will bring distinctive Bristol style to your home.
